Refrigeration units is the most important component in refrigerated truck, these units will keep goods fresh/frozen, how to choose right truck refrigeration units, temperature requirement and truck box size is key factors, it will affect the working of refrigeration units and transport goods.
Different goods requirement different temperature to keep fresh/frozen, more details as follows:
During loading, check the internal temperature of the goods to be transported.
Frozen products:
-25℃ Ice and ice cream
-18℃ Deep frozen foods
-18℃ Fishery products
-14℃ Butter and edible fats, including cream to be used for butter making
-12℃ Egg products, offal, rabbit, poultry and game
